If there is another mobile phone connected to the camera, please disconnect the original connection first.

If you have VPN turned on, please turn off VPN.

If your car is connected to Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, please turn off Bluetooth first.

Remove the memory card and start the camera without the memory card. Then connect the camera.

Press and hold the camera button for 15 seconds to reset it and connect the camera.

If the connection still fails, please take a screenshot of the WIFI list and APP and send them to us for investigation.
