Does the camera’s firmware need to be upgraded??

  1. If the camera stops recording, please contact us for troubleshooting. If it is confirmed through troubleshooting that the problem is with the firmware, we will send you the firmware to upgrade.
  2. The camera does not support OTA firmware upgrade.
  3. Not all firmware needs to be continuously upgraded. If the camera records normally, you do not need to upgrade the firmware.
